[ Someone is a little anxious. His chin rests in his hand and some pages can be heard fluttering in the background because, although you can't see it, his foot is tapping at super speed. ]

Hmm. 11 floors, 160 rooms, decent facilities, but it's so much smaller than I was expecting. I mean, I'm sure it's big enough for everyone's needs, but do you know how many times I can visit every room in half a minute? Too many, that's how many.

But hey, I'm sure I'll find a way to entertain myself. This whole inmate deal, when does that happen? Oh, sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself.

[ He smiles winningly. ] I'm Wally West, your newest warden. So, when can we get this party started?

What kind of prisons do you know about, monsieur?

Mostly the kind where the wardens go home at night. Iron heights is pretty specialized in areas, but it still houses more than 80 criminals.

Super speed is awesome. It's an incredible thrill. It's like you can do anything.

Well I can save those people. I can watch a bullet leave a gun and stop anyone from getting hurt. That is why super speed is so great.
