[ Someone is a little anxious. His chin rests in his hand and some pages can be heard fluttering in the background because, although you can't see it, his foot is tapping at super speed. ]

Hmm. 11 floors, 160 rooms, decent facilities, but it's so much smaller than I was expecting. I mean, I'm sure it's big enough for everyone's needs, but do you know how many times I can visit every room in half a minute? Too many, that's how many.

But hey, I'm sure I'll find a way to entertain myself. This whole inmate deal, when does that happen? Oh, sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself.

[ He smiles winningly. ] I'm Wally West, your newest warden. So, when can we get this party started?

Sometimes. It takes too long to really appreciate a good book, though.

Not really, no. Life at high speeds does that to you.

That must be unfortunate. [He doesn't sound affronted by that. Luckily for the Doctor, he's got nothing but time. And his own personal rewind/fast forward machine.] I hope the lifestyle here won't be harmful to you, then. We're... mildly sedentary here. There's a gymnasium, however, and an enclosure whose environment changes up every now and again. And the void beyond the ship never remains the same, but I take it you're not one to watch the skies, either.
