[ Wally appears a little sleepy, but for the most part unfazed by his second bout with unexpected unconsciousness. Well, this is just his way of dealing with it. Later he'll try to contact S.T.A.R. labs and see if they have any insight, but for now, he has much more pressing concerns on his mind. ]
So I've been thinking about these floods we've had so far, and I realized... they haven't really been all that bad. Am I missing something really horrible, or is everyone just overreacting to all of this stuff?
[ooc | P.S. I shoulda done this earlier, so I won't backdate, but Drake can have his ring back as long as he is unable to use it to hurt anybody. Robin knows what I mean. ]
